We want to celebrate you—not just for what you do, but for who you are.
The Society of Rural Physicians of Canada (SRPC), the Rural Coordination Centre of BC (RCCbc), and the Rural Health Professions Action Plan (RhPAP) are teaming up to showcase the people behind rural care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re inviting rural health professionals from across the country to share a glimpse of life outside of work.
Submit a short video (30 seconds or less) of yourself doing something you love—fishing, biking, baking, farming, playing music, enjoying time with family—anything that brings you joy.
If possible, ground it in your region. Help us celebrate the diversity and beauty of rural life in every province and territory.
Say your name, your role, and where you work in your own words—and feel free to use the language that reflects your identity:
“I’m [Name] and I’m a rural [Your Role] in [Town, Province/Territory].”

We’re asking rural healthcare providers to send a short clip of themselves doing something they love. Keep it fun, keep it real.
How to take part
TIP: Clean your phone lens, turn up your mic, and film somewhere with good light and minimal background noise.

Alternatively, share a few high-quality photos of you at work or play in your community. These may be featured in our social media, website, or campaign montage.
